Open Outlook Express
Open menu Tools > Accounts
Click on Mail Tab
Double click on the account you want to change
Click on Advanced tab
There will be an option [ Leave a copy of message on server ] under delivery, uncheck this option.
Click on OK
Click on Close
Now all your emails will be downloaded to your local drive and there will be no backup on server.
